Terms of Service

Booking and quotes
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you share with us. If the actual condition or size of the property differs significantly from what was described, we may need to adjust the quote — we'll always discuss this with you before continuing.
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date, time, and price by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in writing.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the clean, unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept bank transfer and cash. Regular customers may be invoiced monthly by arrangement.
Invoices not paid within 14 days may be subject to a late-payment reminder; persistent non-payment may result in our suspending future bookings.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand life happens. To avoid any cancellation charges, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed price, as our team will already have been allocated to your job.
Access to your property
You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we arrive and can't gain access, the booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Where you give us keys, we hold them securely and labelled only with a code (never your address).
Our service
We'll always do our best to deliver the service we've quoted. If anything isn't to your satisfaction, please let us know within 24 hours of the clean and we'll come back to put it right.
We carry public liability insurance covering accidental damage. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please tell us immediately so we can resolve it through our insurer.
Items we can't clean or move
- Heavy furniture or appliances that would require more than one person to move safely
- Items containing biological hazards (we'll let you know if we spot anything)
- Outside windows at first-floor level or above (unless agreed in writing in advance)
- Items of significant value or fragility, unless specifically agreed
Pets and children
We love pets, but for everyone's safety please secure any anxious or unpredictable animals while we're working. Please also ensure children are supervised while cleaning is in progress — our equipment and products are kept safe, but supervision is the safest approach.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the cleaning service to which it relates. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to new bookings made after the "last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
